Market Statistics for December 2012
Headlines sell newspapers, but the relevant story on the market is in the details.  Check out what's happening in areas and neighbourhoods that matter to you:
   -  Vancouver, West Van, North Van & Richmond, click here

   -  Burnaby, Coquitlam, New West, PoCo, Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge, click here

   -  Fraser Valley reports are now available - click here

Be cautious when price changes are reported, as they're usually at an aggregate level (i.e, condos & single family homes combined, from Whistler to Maple Ridge).  The MLS HPI (similar to CPI) is the best way to measure changes in home prices. The stats packages from the REBGV and FVREB contain HPI price changes, by city & property type. You can also find the reports on my website on the tab How's the Market
