Market Statistics for October 2012
Media reports have proclaimed a buyers' market but it's really important to drill down and see what's happening in specific areas. New West and Port Coquitlam were active seller's markets in October.  Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows and Langley were healthy balanced markets.
