The other forms are on a 'as needed' basis.

All required forms must be into school before the beginning of the school year. You can turn your forms in at either of the two school offices anytime before August 27th or for your convenience we have set up 3 scheduled times for you to drop them off at school. 1. August 20th, Thursday from 5-5:45   In the middle school gym right before the parent meeting at 6:00 pm
2. August 24th, Monday from 5-5:45 In the middle school gym right before the parent meeting at 6:00 pm
3. August 26th, Wednesday from 4-6 In the middle school gym during the "meet the teacher night" beginning at 4:00 pm.
