Dear Notre Dame Families,

As many of you already know there has been a new principal (Jim Clark) chosen for Notre Dame of De Pere next year.  We are potentially going to introduce him at next week's Mass.  I have a phone call into him to confirm this.  I know he is anxious to meet all of you.  I am sure you are anxious to meet him as well.

Also I wanted to give you more good news.  Enrollment is currently tracking higher for a 5th consecutive year in K-8.  Also, our Pre-K program is nearly full which bodes well for the future.  This is a credit to our teachers and staff for the great work they do throughout the year.

Tonight is the final presentation of the musical Godspell.  The afternoon show was absolutely outstanding. Thank you to Ms. Freeman and all the middle school students for putting on such a wonderful production.  This truly is one of my all time favorite musicals. The message it sends is consistent with our 'Acts of Kindness 'and following the life of Jesus Christ. And it's done to really cool music.

Sound Check Fundraiser - Last year's "Hard Drive" raised over $42,000 all allowing us to purchase 30 new computers for the elementary school and 30 new Chromebooks for the middle school, while partially funding a fiber connection between both buildings.  This year the Sound Check fundraiser monies will be going toward a much needed upgrade to the middle school gymnasium's audio system and the installation of wireless capabilities in both buildings.  Every Friday until the end of the school year there will be a dress down day for $1 to help with this very important fundraiser.
