Dear Notre Dame Families,

WOW!!! What a tremendous turn out for Grandparents Day Mass and the reception that followed.  Thank you to all the Grandparents for all you do for your children and grandchildren.  Having the multiple generations in church gave us a real special feeling of family. Parents-please thank your moms and dads for coming to Grandparents Day. Also please remind your children to do an act of kindness in honor of their Grandparents.  I am going to do an act of kindness in honor of my 4' 8" Grandma Lily with the purple hair.  I miss her and love her as I know your children love their grandparents as well. A big THANK YOU to Rebecca Ludtke and Nichole Gregoire for organizing the Grandparents Day event.

Science Fair Just a quick reminder that the Science Fair will be held on Friday April 11 in the Middle School Gym from 1-2:55.  Please feel free to attend and see the amazing work of the Notre Dame students and their science projects. Thank you to Mr. Schwarten for organizing this years Science Fair!

Camp Invention is returning to the Green Bay Area at Notre Dame of De Pere!  We are excited to announce another fun-filled summer with two programs to be hosted at Notre Dame of DePere running the weeks of June 23 - 27, 2014 and July 21 - 25, 2014!  Please visit www.campinvention.org for more information and to register.  Click here to view the form that went home with the students.

Notre Dame of De Pere Bellin Training is looking for parent volunteers to help out with the training.  To make this wonderful program work we will need some volunteers.  You need not be a runner to help out.  For more information and to sign up please click here.

Final Cookie Dough Pick Up Date will be on Thursday April 10th at 5:00 pm-6:00 pm.  If you have not picked up your cookie dough Thursday will be the last day to do it. If you can not pick it up on this date please make arrangements to have it picked up by someone else. Everything must go!

St. John's Homeless Shelter update:
Thank You to all of the Notre Dame of De Pere families for your continued support of the St. John's Shelter Meal Program. With everyone's help, we were able to provide over 1000 meals for people that truly needed them this past winter. This is an amazing accomplishment for our school and would not have been possible without the entire Notre Dame of De Pere community working together.  Also, thank you to Jessie Lawton and Laura Weber for organizing and spearheading this!

ES Lost & Found is located in the hallway by the Music Room.  Please take the time to check it out because you may find an item of yours that has been missing for awhile.  Any item that is not claimed by April 30, 2014 will be donated to Goodwill.
MS Lost & Found is located in the hallway to the elevator on the lower floor.  This table of items could clothe a family of four for a week.  Any item that is not claimed by April 30th, 2014 will be donated to Goodwill.

Volunteer Hours for this year are due by April 30th. These hours should include 12 hours of Third Source Funding events.

Next Year Sports For all parents who will have children entering grade 3-8  next year we ask you to fill out a Sports Form.  This form helps our Athletic Director put together teams and coaches for the following year.

Let your Light Shine,

Jeff
