Mrs. Pagel supervises students (before schoool this morning) laading food to be delivered to local food pantries. Thank you to all that contributed to help make the ND food drive a success!
Dear Notre Dame Families:
I want to take this moment as we approach Thanksgiving to thank all the teachers/staff and families of Notre Dame for all your help and contributions that make Notre Dame a great school! We have been fortunate in so many ways! ND students are enriched every day by our wonderful teachers/staff. Our fundraising efforts have been successful, enrollment continues to grow and ND is approaching 300 students in K through 8th grade!
Because we have been so fortunate we recognize the need to give back to communiity. In addition to our just completed food drive we are starting a new program this year, "Adopt a Family" (Thank you Jessica Lawton for leading this effort). Adopt-a- Family is designed to help local families in need during the Christmas season! To find out how you can help please click on the link below.
Adopt-A-Family information
There will be a letter coming home with each child regarding Powerschool and each student/parent password codes. These same letters were sent home in early October but we have been getting many calls regarding passwords so we thought we would send them out again (for the last time).
These passwords will be the permanent passwords for the entire time your student will be here at Notre Dame of De Pere through the years. Please keep this information in a safe place and do not throw the letter away. This password will allow you to acquire important information for you and your student. Information such as grades and lunch balances.
The remaining Seroogys orders that have not been picked up will be in the Middle School office. Thanks so much!!
I wish you all a happy, safe, and relaxing Thanksgiving!!!
JUMP WITH JOY,
Jeff

Notre Dame of De Pere's 1st Adopt-A-Family Christmas Program 2012!
This Christmas Season, Notre Dame of De Pere school has the opportunity to share its blessings with local families in need. The Christian Outreach Program has identified two De Pere families that are in need of extra support to make this Christmas Season special.
The first family consists of 5 people ~ boy (3), girl (4), boy (8), boy (10) and mom. The mom recently lost her job and is working on re-employment. The second family consists of 3 people: girl (4), mom and dad. They both have provided a wish list of gift suggestions and household needs. We will also try to provide grocery gift cards to be used to purchase a Christmas meal, as well as gas gift cards, hygiene products and cleaning supplies. Gifts not on the list are welcome as well! Items do not need to be wrapped, but we will be asking for volunteers to help in putting everything together and wrapping the gifts prior to dropping them off. Please click on the Sign Up Genius link below to view the wish list items. Gifts can be sent to school at any point prior to Dec 14th as this will ensure everything is wrapped and delivered to the family on time. It is also an option to participate in this event by sending a monetary donation or any additional gift cards not listed, which would be extremly helpful and greatly appreciated. We would use any monetary donations to purchase wishlist items that are not covered as well as purchase additional cards for the family. Please send all monetary or gift card donations to school in an envelope labeled 'Adopt a Family.' Please do not feel any pressure to assist with this program as there are many things going on / causes to support during the holiday season. Notre Dame of De Pere is such a giving community and we wanted to provide an opportunity for those that are looking to take part in a program to help those in need this Christmas Season!

GRACE BULLETIN ANNOUNCEMENTS - November
GRACE ANNUAL APPEAL
Our Church's 'Call To Stewardship' embraces many ways for each of us to help 'Build The Kingdom of God.' One way is by teaching our children Catholic values and supporting their life-long learning in our Catholic Schools, where we prepare them to become future leaders in our parishes. Nearly 200 children in the GRACE Catholic Schools need financial assistance to give them the same opportunities as others. Will you please support them? Make a gift today to the GRACE ANNUAL APPEAL by mailing in a pledge card or donate online at www.gracesystem.org
KINDERGARTEN
It's never too early to begin planning for your child's education. Each GRACE Catholic School is accredited and hires licensed, compassionate teachers. Registration for the 2013-14 school year will begin during Catholic Schools Week, January 28th - February 1st, 2013.
