Abt Associates-led projects in Nigeria are improving the health of women, children, and families through malaria prevention, family planning, health system improvement, and partnerships involving the private sector, government, and others.
Ethiopia

Health and Health Care in Ethiopia Advances

More Ethiopians are receiving tuberculosis tests, avoiding malaria, and scaling up their health care innovations in part due to Abt Associates-led projects in Ethiopia.

Zambians and a Healthier Future

Abt's ambitious work in Zambia unfolds through the USAID-funded Zambia Integrated Systems Strengthening Program (ZISSP) - which implements the emergency obstetrics training - and also through the Scaling Up Family Planning (SUFP) Services project, funded by UKaid from the Department for International Development. These programs build the capacity of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Community Development, Mother and Child Health to provide quality health care nationwide.
