We are happy to welcome you to our new online registration system. We have now opened registration to new students. This enables you to sit down together with your child to make decisions about classes in the comfort of your own home. You will also be able to set up your monthly payments through our secure systems.
You can access your account with us at any time! Update your information, register your children in classes, make payments, view your balances and statements, review our policies, and much more.
CUSTOMER REGISTRATION FIRST TIME INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these instructions to proceed to our convenient on-line registration.
* You will be directed to a new window where you will see our New 2013/14 Fee Schedule, Ridge Schedule 2013/14, Fleetwood Schedule 2013/14 and all the various dance genres listed below.
* You can now click on the dance genre that you want to register your child in and click on the "Register" button beside the class. It will then take you to a screen that you will have you fill out various information we require to take your registration.
* Once you have filled out all the information required you can now begin enrolling your dancer in more classes by proceeding to the "Class Registration" tab. Just use the filters: Location/Session/Category 1 to find the classes for your dancer. You can also, add another child to your family account and register him/her in classes. Once you have finished entering all the classes desired ~ you are finished. Remember you will NOT be charged for these classes until they have been reviewed by our office. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided to us.
* Be sure to log off after you've completed your session by clicking on the "Sign Out" link in the upper left corner of the main page.
* Your registration will then be reviewed by our office staff to ensure correct placement in classes. At that time you will then be charged your Registration Fee ($35) and Costume Deposit Fees ($45 per class). If you want to register your dancer in Competition Classes and/or Panorama Youth Company (PYC) you can do so online. Please note: PYC and Competition Classes pricing are not included in the combined # of dance hour rates.
* Please remember your monthly fees will be calculated by the # of hours your child is dancing. If you have more than one dancer in your family, your 2nd child will receive 15% of his/her classes and then the 3rd child in the family will receive 12% off his/her classes.
* Your monthly fees will show up on your account within the week. These monthly fees will not be due until Sept 1st, 2013. The payment will automatically be taken from either your Credit Card or Bank Draft on the 1st of each monthly until May 2014. (Please note: If you choose to use Credit Card as payment you will be charged a convenience fee of 1.8% every month. There is no additional charges to use bank drafts option for Payment)
* Once you have entered all your information the next time you go onto our website you can use the Parent Log-In. You will then follow the steps outlined in the video we have supplied for you to watch below:

IMPORTANT NOTES & TROUBLESHOOTING 
If you click on the "I don't have or know my password" link and do not receive an automatically generated password in your email inbox, it is likely that the email address you've provided is not the one we have on file. Please contact us, so we can correct the email account associated with your account.
