You are invited to our Pilates for Dancers educational worksop.  You will learn the following:  1) Introduction to Pilates; 2) The "Fundamentals" of Pilates & Basic Dancer's Anatomy; 3) The Dancer's Pilates Exercises; 4) Additional Theraband Exercises; 5) Active Stretching & Muscle Release; 6) Q & A Time
