Reminder: 2016-2017 re-enrollment is open for current JK-11th grade students. The deadline to complete the process is Wednesday, Feb. 10. If you need assistance, please contact our admission team. Last Call to Purchase Your Tickets for California Dreaming!

Don't miss your opportunity to purchase tickets for the Pisgah Parents Association's California Dreaming event! Tickets are $100 per person and must be purchased by Feb. 10. Held on Feb. 20 from 7-11 p.m. at Roswell Mill Club's Ivy Hall, this incredible evening will feature live music from "The Voice" finalist Riley Biederer, freshly prepared hors d'oeuvres and culinary stations expertly paired with coastal wines and a silent auction. Fresh off Season 9 of "The Voice," 19-year-old Sony/ATV singer-songwriter Riley Biederer will bring her soul-infused pop sound to the stage for her first North American Tour. Atlanta is not on her tour schedule, and her performance at California Dreaming will be her last show before she begins this tour. Upper School Juried Art Show Opening Reception is this Sunday!

Valentine's Day Goody Bags Available in the School Store


Parents, students, faculty and staff are invited to purchase Valentine's Day Goody Bags from the school store! Each bag contains a gift card, candy and another fun item. Download and turn in forms to either school store location or drop them off in Valentine Boxes available in the lower, middle and upper school front offices. Forms will also be available in the front offices and school stores. Goody bags will need to be picked up at designated times and locations; this information is included on the order form. Preschool Full Day Leads the School in Participation!

A big congratulations to the seven preschool full day classrooms who reached 100% parent participation in the Annual Fund and earned parties for the students: Angel, Ark, Hope, Love, Miracle, Prophet and Rainbow! Thank you to all of the parents who participated! Because of your PARTYcipation, Preschool Full Day has reached 93% participation overall, the highest of any division, and the highest in Preschool Full Day history!

Anti-Bullying Tour Makes Stop at Mount Pisgah Christian School

On Tuesday, Dominic James, a 22-year-old Nashville recording artist who tours the country in an effort to spread awareness to teens of the effects of bullying, presented "Somebody's Hero" to middle and upper school students. Using his music and his personal story about being bullied growing up, Dominic helps inspire students and lets those who are being bullied know that they are not alone. Read More.
Middle School Girls Basketball Team Wins Back-to-Back Championships!


Congratulations to the middle school 7th/8th grade girls basketball team on their back-to-back North Atlanta Metro League Championships! Led by head coach Shareen Clark and assistant head coach Carlos Jimenez, our Patriots won the Championship on Jan. 30 against Perimeter Christian School with a score of 46-35. The league, most commonly referred to as NAML, was founded in 2001 and includes 33 independent schools throughout the Atlanta area.
Varsity Wrestlers Advance to State


All five regular varsity wrestling starters placed in the Top 4 at this past weekend's area tournament and will advance to the first round of State that will be this weekend at Mt. Zion High School. This is an all-time record for Mount Pisgah Christian School! Congratulations to senior Pierce Erhardt, junior Parker Bishop, sophomores Karlos Nadal and Conner Spence, and freshman Nick Coates!
Seventh Grader Invited to Join USA Girls Wrestling Team Development Session; Middle School Wrestlers Advance to State


Seventh grader Catherine Grace Bertrand has been invited to join the USA Girls World Wrestling Team at a developmental session in Georgia this month. A middle school girl who competes against the boys, CG has a current record of 19-1 and won the North Atlanta Metro League (NAML) championship. She'll continue to train, along with several other middle school wrestlers, for next month's State Championship. The boys also had a tremendous showing at the NAML Championship tournament. Read More.
Middle and Upper School Fine Arts Banquet is on Feb. 28


Mount Pisgah middle and upper school families are invited to the Middle and Upper School Fine Arts Banquet. This event will be held on Sunday, Feb. 28 from 6-8 p.m. in the Geier Hall Student Commons. Middle and upper school fine arts students will be celebrated during this dinner event that will be catered by 'cue Barbecue. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for children ages 3-10, and free for children 2 and under. Tickets must be purchased by Feb. 24. Purchase Tickets Here.
Preschool Full Day STEAM Lab Opened Jan. 21; Plans Underway for Half Day STEAM Lab


North Fulton's future scientists, artists, inventors and scholars don't have to wait until high school to begin making exciting discoveries, thanks to a new preschool STEAM lab that has opened at Mount Pisgah Christian School. Upper School Students Get First-hand Look at Water Conservation


On Feb. 3, upper school environmental science students, led by science teacher Alison Cuppia, took a field trip to the Dr. Robert E. "Bob" Fulton Environmental Education Center, located on the Johns Creek Environmental Campus. Students toured the wastewater plant and surrounding grounds. These tours are designed to increase awareness of the value and importance of water and wastewater treatment by allowing visitors to learn about the process and witness it first-hand. According to the Fulton County website, visitors are educated on the issues and benefits related to water treatment, quality and aquatic life in the Chattahoochee River, in addition to learning about water conservation, reuse water, the value of water and other environmental issues.
Do your Kids Realize their Online Activities are Public and Permanent?


You are invited to Public and Permanent, an important Parent University. Held on Monday, Feb. 22 from 6:30-7:45 p.m. in Geier Hall, this event will feature award-winning social media expert Richard Guerry. He will discuss how to keep you and your family safe online and how to promote responsible online and cell phone communication. Save the Date: Mount Pisgah Easter Egg Hunt is March 26


The Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church Easter Egg Hunt will be held on March 26 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Patriot Athletic Campus. There will be inflatables, activities, food, and more than 15,000 eggs! There is fun for everyone, so invite your neighbors, friends and family to join us for an egg-citing morning of fun! Volunteers Needed for East Campus Scholastic Book Fair: Feb. 8-12


To celebrate the opening of the recently redesigned Middle School Media Center, the School will hold a Scholastic Book Fair for middle and upper school students from Feb. 8-12. Students will have access to a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level. The School is also looking for parent volunteers.
