It's coming up on year end.  Time to plan for 2014. Begin the year focusing on those administrative details that are all too often ignored but required of all businesses, large or small.

Most believe they are ok related to HR Compliance and in many cases that may be the case, however, most also don't really realize what's required of them.   As a result, I created an online HR Assessment.  It is quick and easy way to learn what you don't know.  If you haven't reviewed yours in the last 18 months, chances are, it is out of compliance.  Further, remember the proper use of these important tools. Be sure your handbook contains all of the required topics.  They are not "training manuals" but rather a form of communication to ensure your employees are well informed on expectations, how and when to expect feedback, how to seek help if issue arise in the workplace and able to review enough information to fully understand what it takes to be a good employee at your organization.
