The book has 6 questions to kick-start change that all start with "Did I do my best today to...?" plus the idea of asking Hourly Questions for items in need of constant improvement. The Daily Questions should be new items that you can improve upon rather than categories you are already working on and should focus on interpersonal relationships in addition to self-improvement.
