Updated IRS Questions and Answers on ACA Information Reporting by Employers          
The IRS has added new Q&As to its existing webpages for self-insuring employers and other providers of minimum essential health coverage, as well as for applicable large employers (ALEs) to provide additional information on the Affordable Care Act's information reporting requirements. Reminder about Forms W-2: Employers of 250+ Must Report Cost of Group Health Coverage 
As a reminder, employers that provide a group health plan to employees generally must report the cost of the coverage provided to each employee annually on the Form W-2, which must be furnished to employees by February 1, 2016.
