New Parent-Toddler Art Group!
W e are very excited to announce that we will be starting our very first Parent-Toddler Art Group. The group will meet once a week on Tuesdays from 2:30-3:30 and is for children ages 3-5. While the toddlers are working on wonderful art projects with one of our group leaders, the parents will be sitting close by in a discussion led by another group leader. Space is limited!

Parenting & Infant/Toddler Group Program-
Grant Received
We are very pleased to announce that ECPC has received a grant from the Robert Ellis Simon Foundation for $33,000 to support our parenting groups that are held at our Santa Monica Campus. These funds will be utilized to expand the number and types of groups that we offer, so please keep a look out for announcements about new groups! |

Bullies and Shame
Shame has to do with how you think about your whole self, and it results from not living up to your ideals or personal standards (who you are). A child might experience shame regarding his appearance, performance, socio-economic status, or the behavior of family members if he believes that they don't match up with what he thinks are "good enough" or ideal qualities.
