Author Jeanne Bishop to Join Discussion
Books by Women resumes meeting this coming Tuesday, September 8 when the discussion group will talk about the book by Fourth Church member, Cook County Public Defender, and author Jeanne Bishop: Change of Heart: Justice, Mercy, and Making Peace with My Sister's Killer. The book outlines Jeanne's path to reconciliation with the teenager who murdered her sister, Nancy, along with Nancy's husband and their unborn child.

Jeanne will be in attendance to discuss her book, and a reception will follow the regular meeting. Please consider bringing cookies or other refreshments for this free event!

Books by Women meets on the second Tuesday of the month, September through June, at 6:00 p.m. in the Bumpus Room. A complete reading list for the 2015-2016 program year is online here. Newcomers are always welcome to join in whenever a particular book is of interest and to take part as schedules allow.
