Remember Departed Loved Ones

This Sunday is All Saints' Sunday, a day when we remember the faithful who have gone before us and honor departed loved ones. As part of that observance, the names of all Fourth Church members who have entered the Church Triumphant in 2014 will be read during worship.

Planned Giving at Fourth Church

This All Saints' Sunday also offers opportunity for us to remember with gratitude those who have gone before us and in their planned giving remembered those who would follow them in ministry here at Fourth Church.

These legacy gifts ensure the continued vitality of Fourth Church from one generation to the next.

For information about including Fourth Church in your planned giving, please contact Katy Frey Bever.

Annual Appeal 2015

Thank you to all who made a 2015 Annual Appeal pledge on or before our October 26 Commitment Sunday!

The pledge of each one of us matters deeply to the ongoing life and work, to the mission and ministry of Fourth Church. It is our support that makes it all possible--the worship and outreach, the sharing and caring, the teaching and learning.

If you have not yet responded to the Annual Appeal, please take a moment to submit a pledge online.

tenLast Sunday for Immigration Donations
Supplies Being Collected at Coffee Hour

This Sunday is the last day to donate supplies for the hundreds of unaccompanied immigrant children in Chicago. These children receive assistance from Heartland Alliance while they await being reunited with a relative or being taken under care by the federal foster care system.

To assist in meeting the needs of these children, Fourth Church has been collecting school and art supplies, books, clothing, and other supplies--and this Sunday is the last day to donate!

A list of needed items is available online here. Donations can be dropped off at Coffee Hour following Sunday morning worship services or at the reception desk.
