TO THE MEN

[sorry ladies!]

Every other Tuesday evening the men of the Downers Grove Community Church gather at 7 pm for Bible Study. This year we will begin by studying James MacDonald's book, "Always True: God's 5 promises when life is hard."

The 5 promises are:

God is always with me (I will not fear)
God is always in control (I will not doubt)
God is always good (I will not despair)
God is always watching (I will not falter)
God is always victorious (I will not fail)

We will begin September 9 with at cookout at 6 pm, distribute the books and just get acquainted.

If you would like to attend, please sign the sheet on the information table in the sanctuary, so I can order you a book.

I absolutely love and appreciate the men who come to this Bible Study. We have had such wonderful times of sharing and growth. I so encourage you to consider attending. I would love to spend time with you, as would the other men.
