Self Evaluation Sheets for AFG Applicants

Self-Evaluation Sheets are now available to help AFG applicants better understand the criteria to be addressed in the Narrative Statement required in the AFG application.

Peer Review Panelists will review all the criteria in your application's Narrative Statements and assess the degree to which the Statement describes your community's risks, how your project or activities will reduce those risks, and how your projects align with the AFG Program priorities. There are two different self-evaluation sheets:

Self-Evaluation Sheet (Operations and Safety )
Self-Evaluation Sheet (Vehicle Acquisition)
