Mark your calendars! May 5th, 2015 is Give Local St. Joseph County, a 24-hour giving event meant to raise money and create maximum impact in our community. The event will be hosted by the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County and will include 52 nonprofit organizations. Learn more here.

Notre Dame Men's Lacrosse Team Recognized as ACC/ United Way Game Changers

Members of the Notre Dame men's lacrosse team have been recognized as Atlantic Coast Conference/United Way "Game Changers" and will be honored during the 2015 New York Life ACC Tournament. The "Game Changers" initiative was introduced this year as part of the Atlantic Coast Conference's unique and longstanding partnership with United Way. See full ACC story and video here.

CONGRATULATIONS
University of Notre Dame Exceeds United Way Fundraising Goal
The generosity of University of Notre Dame employees in the 2014-2015 campaign has made a tremendous impact in St. Joseph County. During the campaign, the university raised $311,355.41! A huge thank you to Jessica Brookshire, Associate Director for Public Affairs at Notre Dame and United Way Employee Campaign Manager---your efforts are sincerely appreciated! Dollars raised will be used to help increase graduation rates, provide academic literacy programs, keep youth off the streets and so much more.

Wells Fargo's Workplace Campaign Places First Nationwide

United Way Worldwide recently recognized Wells Fargo for raising the most money through its workplace campaign of any other company in the country. Even more impressive: this is the sixth consecutive year the company has earned this honor! Read full story here.
