Special Message from the Director of Christian Formation
Volunteers still needed!
We are still looking to complete our Pre-K/K team, so if you think you feel called to a ministry that involves nurturing and playing with our youngest ones, please let me know. This is not an "every Sunday" commitment; the lesson plans are structured for very little prior preparation, and the time commitment on teaching Sundays is less than ninety minutes.
If you are curious about teaching in the KidZone but are not yet ready to commit to a year, please accept this invitation to visit and sit in on a class at any time. We can always use folks who are simply willing to listen to the children one-on-one about their Lego creations. If you enjoy your visits you may decide to sign on to our list of substitutes and greeters. A greeter is the person who welcomes children and families to KidZone, 'floats' between classes, and takes attendance. It's an easy and vital ministry-every little bit helps!
