The Four Star Theater Alliance's mission is to promote a spirit of camaraderie, cooperation, and mutual respect among theaters and to honor and celebrate the successful work done by member theaters in a social setting at the end of each season. Conejo Players Theatre became a member of the Alliance with the start of the 2011 season, and is proud to participate alongside Camarillo Skyway Playhouse, Elite Theatre Company, High Street Arts Center, Santa Paula Theater Center, and Ojai Art Center Theater.

Productions only compete within each theatre, and are judged by representatives outside that theatre.
