June 2nd is Scatter Sunshine Day in Burlington Twp.
June 2nd will be Scatter Sunshine Day in memory of Rachel Bungarden. Let's paint BT yellow. Shirts are also available to order to support a foundation set up in her memory. Luigi's will also be supporting the foundation's efforts on June 2nd, so stop by and grab a bite to eat.

Attention All 8th Grade Parents
Important Information for all Parents
 Surprise your 8th grader with a special message in the Advancement Booklet.
Ads must be turned in no later than May 26th. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbors, even the family pet can leave a message.
Class of 2019 tee shirts go on sale to all 8th graders next week. We will be selling them during lunch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We will have limited number of actual shirts so get yours early, or fill out the order form.

The Burlington County Sheriff's Department and the Burlington Township Police Department are pleased to announce the formation of a Youth Police Academy.
Monday, June 29 - Thursday, July 2
4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Sign up today, this is an experience your child will never forget. This academy is for ages 7-12.

Burlington Township Athletic Hall of Fame
 Burlington Township Athletic Hall of Fame Committee was established to recognize those students, coaches, teams and contributors who have brought distinction, honor and excellence in sports at Burlington Township High School. Seven former athletes and the 1985 Boys Basketball Team will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. The inductee ceremony including dinner will be held on Saturday May 9, 2015, at the Roma Club, 739 Lincoln Ave, Burlington, NJ 08016 (Reception 6:00pm & Dinner 7:00pm). Alex's Lemonade Stand
Come out to the 4th Annual Alex's Lemonade Stand in honor of our hero and our student Jacob Andrew. The money raised will go directly to research and support for families that are effected by Childhood Cancer. For those who prefer to reach us via text message, our counselors are available for texting on Friday evenings from 4-8 PM. They will be increasing the texting hours as the volume increases. Please share this information with those who may need these services.

The Food Pantry Needs Your Help!
The Food Pantry needs your help. The 3rd Monday of every month from 11 A.M. - 12 P.M. the pantry receives a large food supply truck. Help is needed to unload the truck. If you are able to provide assistance, please call this number for more details: 1-888-847-3278.

Burl. Twp. Recreation 2015 Summer/Fall Sports Programs
Normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:30. The department is normally open two Saturdays per month to accept registrations and equipment returns. A registration drop box has also been added for your convenience.

Future Leaders Institute for Girls

Leadership Training Program
The Future Leaders Institute for Girls is an enrichment program designed to engage girls in activities that develop their leadership skills. This week long program will consist of daily workshops, a field trip and classes with dynamic teachers and speakers. FLI is looking for girls entering the 7th-12th grades who have leadership potential and are ready to break out and share their greatness with the world!
