Great American Updates Premises Environmental Liability Form

In 2013, Great American updated its Premises Environmental Liability form from the 2008 PEL to a new 2013 PRE form. The updated form reflects coverage updates developed from available endorsements.

Great American Environmental's broad target classes for this form include: Environmental Facilities, Real Estate properties, Chemical/Petroleum Facilities, Healthcare Facilities, Industrial Manufacturers and Municipalities.

Some of the revisions to the 2013 form include:

Contractor's Pollution Liability changed from Claims Made to Occurrence Coverage
In Bound and Out Bound Contingent Transportation changed from Claims Made to Occurrence Coverage
New Definition for additional Insured providing broad language
New Definition for new coverage Biological Hazards
