 ATTRACTION & RETENTION

                                                          ISSUE 17 - May 2014 top

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Tip

Improvements to any number of programs or policies can enhance Attraction and Retention.  Reviewing and improving on-boarding processes, rewards programs, and employee engagement surveys are all activities that would be eligible for hours of continuing professional development.  Other possibilities for accumulating CPD hours related to this area could include reading on the topics or perhaps blogging about your experiences or successes in these areas.
