| Recertification Tip | |
Productivity improving doctrines or programs such as Lean Management and Six Sigma are relevant so training in either of these areas would be eligible for recertification points in Section D of the recertification log.
Initiating or contributing to programs that improve the productivity or efficiency in your workplace would also earn points - whether in Section A as part of a significant workplace project or in Section C if you are training in this area.

Test Questions to be Added to June National Knowledge Exam
Starting with the June 2013 administration, 10 test questions will be added to the National Knowledge Exam, increasing the number of questions from 150 to 160.
Questions are tested to ensure the quality of the exam and the best way to do this is to embed test questions within an existing form of the exam. To allow for the answering of these extra questions, the time allowed to write the exam has been adjusted to ensure that the time allotment per question remains the same. The time allowed to complete the exam has been extended by 15 minutes.
