Greetings!

It used to be, not so long ago, that we'd hear about a violent or catastrophic event of some kind every few months. Then it was every few weeks. Now it's every day that some horrific killing, accident, or weather calamity has occurred somewhere around the globe. Our world is being shaken to the core. The frequencies of turbulence, stress, and conflict are creating unhinged individuals and unmanageable groups or is it vice versa? What are we to do? Distract ourselves? Go about our business? If you are honest with yourself, you too feel these frequencies of unease in some part of your body or your life or your relationships. Now is the time for complete awareness of what is happening to us all. No one is excluded. It's not the time to put our heads in the sand and pretend it will be over soon. It is the time to deal internally with one's own dis-ease/unease, whatever form that takes. The first step is awareness, the second step is acceptance of the unease however it manifests, the last step is contemplation of the next step. We're all in this together and as One we have the answers.
