Hey friend!

As I write this, Jack Frost is nipping at my nose! It's downright cold here in Springfield, Missouri! How about where you live? These low temperatures call for some hot coffee! Go pour yourself a cup because we need to have some java... you and me!

I am happy and grateful as I write this, but my blog is about being anything but happy! Yep, it's about what to do when you get mad! Even if you aren't one to explode when you're angry, I think this blog could still help you manage that wily emotion.

And, I told you last week we were heading into our Fresh Grounded Faith conference in Springfield, right? Well, I jotted down a few thoughts about the weekend that will help you feel like you were there!
