Hi Java Friend!
Got your coffee in hand yet? I hope so because I do as I write this - well, not literally - but you know what I mean! I leave today for Jackson, Mississippi for a Fresh Grounded Faith conference and I can't wait to see all my sweet southern sisters! And, I am especially jazzed because some of my favorite people in the whole wide world are partnering with me; Lisa Whelchel,  Stormie Omartian and Michael O'Brien!

But, before java with them, I get java with you! So, I'm throwing out a question on my blog and maybe you will have an answer. 

After living on planet earth for fifty years, I still haven't figured out how to not eat my feelings! You know, if I'm stressed, I eat. If I'm happy, I eat. Can you relate at all? Well, if so, peak into my thought closet and let me share my thoughts with you - maybe you will have some good ideas you can share too. Either way, if you ever eat your feelings, or if you have other things in life you haven't quite mastered, you'll discover you are not alone!  

So, with that said, I think I will wave goodbye with this: May each of us "taste and see that the Lord is good!"
Yep, He is!
