Some change seems easy. Other times, it's excruciating. I've decided what makes the difference-whether or not I'm in control!
Of course, I know I'm not really in control. God is. But I'm going to admit that the times I embrace change the most are the times I invite or accept the change. The more resistance, the harder the change.
Change is going to happen... in our lives and ministries. And it's not a bad thing. I'm certainly glad I'm not the same person I was years ago. (Well, I'll admit I'd like to revert to my younger days in a few ways.) It's taken a lot of effort and investment to get to where I am right now. I wouldn't give up the lessons I've learned, even the hard ones.
Learning and growth require change. So, this week, I'm sharing some help and encouragement. You might find some of it challenging, but change often is. So, open your mind and heart and get ready to change!
