• The last day of priority registration week for those members that were registered and on the roster for the September session is Sunday, December 9th.
• The first day of priority registration week for members that were not previously registered begins Monday, December 10th.
• The computer is supposed to restrict players from joining outside of their approved registration weeks, but has not always done that....this means that anyone that has registered during the first week that was not registered in that league for September may be removed from that league and placed on the wait-list.
• Players will have to be patient as I redistribute registrations to fall in line with the priority system.
• Additionally, a warning, if you did not complete the purchase portion of the registration, then you are not registered.  Occasionally, someone starts the process and then gets times out without completing the process or the computer freezes.  When that happens and you receive a confirmation, you may still not be registered.  The finalization of the deposit payment is the key.
• Even if a slot does not appear to be open, get on the wait-list.  This is where we will draw names from if there are additional slots available or another court opened.    
• Final balances will be due on the first night of play in January. 

I will be sending the league coordinators updates to show them which of their players are currently registered.  

This year we are losing one of our long-time league coordinators and would like to thank her for over 10 years of coordinating, Caroll Bonomo-Bickford.  She is retiring from the business of coordinating leagues at Sport Fit.  : (  She has been the league coordinator for the Wed 6:30-8pm W 4.0 Team Dbls and the Fri 7-8:30pm Mixed Dbls.

In her place will be Andrea Perotti for the Team Doubles and David Deptula for the Mixed Doubles.

We have had an incredibly good turnout for the registrations and are looking forward to a new season starting in January.
