Prayer of Blessing for Ladakh
I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. -Ephesians 1:17-19
Lord Jesus, we come to you on behalf of the people of Ladakh and ask that you would reveal your glory and love to them. We bind the spirit behind all religious rituals and superstition, and release a spirit of revelation to know Jesus, the ONLY way to true peace and righteousness. May the eyes of their heart become enlightened, so that they can connect with the hope and glorious inheritance awaiting them. We pray for Your children who are there to express the good news. We release a fresh empowering of courage to proclaim Your word, and we declare, "Enable your servants to speak Your words with great boldness!" We agree together for waves of divine encounters that will show Your wonders and glory throughout the land. Give increasing favor to Your harvest force, as we pull the covering of Your word over them: "For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless." (Psalm 84:11) Release creativity in areas of business, youth outreach, and education that can equip the Ladakhis with truth and practical skills to meet their daily needs. We pray for protection from exploitation from outside forces, and we declare that Ladakh will "flourish in the hand of the Lord!" In Jesus' name, amen.  | | Ladakh Prayer Station |
