Greetings!
Prayer for Kathmandu, Nepal
They sang the song of God's servant Moses and of the Lamb: "Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the nations. Who will not fear you, Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed." (Revelation 15:2-4) King of the Nations, we pray for the capital and governmental city of Nepal. We ask that men and women of peace and righteousness would be promoted into positions of influence to bring justice and stability to the country. We pray that every citizen, no matter their status, would be valued and honored. Father, there are so many needs here which will require Your supernatural power to accomplish. Because "Your deeds are marvelous and all of Your ways are just and true," we ask for: - Educational opportunities for every person.
- A strong infrastructure such as reliable electricity to benefit the entire population.
- Businesses that will not exploit the poor and that would provide a decent living.
- Access to medical care.
- That human sex trafficking and forced labor would be dismantled and not tolerated.
By the power of Jesus' Name, we ask that every spiritual power that sets itself up against the knowledge of Christ in this land would be demolished. May every person within this nation experience the love of God that is in Christ Jesus, as He gives them the right to become children of God.
We say, "Come, Lord Jesus, to Nepal!" In Your name we pray, amen!
