Do you want to learn more about peer review?

Are you struggling to understand the role of the manager
with peer review?

Would you like to learn the difference between peer review
and an annual performance review?

Join us on August 8, 2013 from 12:00pm-1:00pm EST for
NCP's Peer Review Webinar: Distinguishing Differences Between Peer Review and Peer Evaluation.
During this session we will describe:
  • The history of peer review and its relationship to professionalism
  • The distinctions between the annual performance review, peer evaluation and peer review
  • The six principals of an effective peer review program to obtain sustainable safety and quality outcomes
  • The requirements for the ANCC Magnet® program
There are multiple tools that help create safer patient environments. Peer review is a powerful tool because it gives professionals authentic performance feedback from someone who does the same job. These peer exchanges drive a culture of professionalism, learning and practice advancement.

An effective peer review program requires an application of evidence-based peer review principals, and understanding the distinction between peer review, peer evaluation, and the annual performance review.
