UCLA Research Study Seeks Participants from NHS
The National Children's Study is conducting a Diet Pilot Study to find better ways to gather information about what 2 to 4 year-old South Asian, Pakistani, Chinese, and Filipino children eat. This information will help the National Children Study explore the relationships between diet and health.
Mothers who participate will be compensated $75, and the school will receive $25. If you are interested, please contact Suad Naser at snaser@newhorizonschool.org. We will also have a sign-up sheet at the parent meeting this Friday. Once we have a list of interested parents, the researchers at UCLA will come out to the school to meet with the mothers on the details of the study.
Please see the NCS brochure for more information.
