Colliers International Announces Two Land Deals In Greater Houston Area

June 3, 2016, Houston - Colliers International is please to announce the sale of two land tracts for the expansion of Restaurant Depot, a wholesale grocery and foodservice supplier (www.restaurantdepot.com) to independent food businesses, in the Greater Houston Area. Restaurant Depot is a division of Jetro Holdings, LLC, headquartered in College Point, NY. Each facility will consist of a ±60,000 SF distribution warehouse store.
One of the new locations is a ±4.996 acre site on the west side of SH 249 just north of Spring Cypress Road, Tomball, TX 77375. The other location is a ±5.4019 acre site on the north-east side of Preston Road between E. Beltway 8 and Crenshaw Rd., Pasadena, TX 77505. The new stores are expected to break ground in the 4th Quarter, 2016 and be open for business by Summer of 2017.

Both closings were coordinated by Kerry Wakefield with Alamo Title Company.
