December 17, 2015, Houston - Colliers International, in its role as Intermediary, notes that a Private Investment Group has acquired the former Dailey Oil Tools 60,000 square foot office building situated on 14.2 acres in the new Master Planned commercial development known as Conroe Waterfront Center - A Natural Commerce Park, located off of Plantation Drive between FM 3083 (Teas Nursery Road) and Drennen Road, Conroe, Montgomery County, Texas. Tom Condon, Jr. and Jason Tangen represented the Seller, CCAC Conroe Holdiongs, LP, in the transaction and Michelle Soderberg and Todd N. Edmonds represented the Buyer. The Closing was coordinated by Cody Sobieski with Texas State Title Company.
