RETAIL SALE.
January 29, 2014, Houston - Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of Idlywood Center, a 5,022 SF retail center, located at 6606 Lawndale Street, Houston. The center was 71% occupied at closing by State Farm Insurance, Auto Title Loans, and Dance Studio. The seller, Wayside Partners, Ltd, was represented by Christopher D. Winters and John S. Parsley of Colliers International. The purchaser, Volee Investment, LLC, was represented by Alejandro Espinosa of A&D Realty Services, LLC.
