Colliers International represented SDI Weslaco Holdings, LLC in the sale of Valley Crossing Shopping Center 


 

RETAIL SALE.  

March 1, 2012, Houston - Colliers International notes Capcor Weslaco, Ltd, a private equity firm, has purchased Valley Crossing Shopping Center, a 100% leased, 178,618 square foot shopping center in Weslaco, Texas.  Valley Crossing Shopping Center is anchored by JC Penney, TJ Maxx, PetCo and Olive Garden.  The purchaser was represented by Ryan West of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP.  Christopher D. Winters of Colliers International represented the seller, SDI Weslaco Holdings, LLC in the transaction.
