And it sure smells good, too! We always look forward to your "Breakfast Surprise" and this is a new one!

Oh yes, I knew you'd have the recipe... and it looks easy enough! I know Sananda will want more of these.



And speaking of Sananda... yes, of course, he's right at home here and already found the coffee!

You know, we just don't get enough Quiet Times like this anymore.  - But it can be done!

Thirty minutes spent like this can restore our Balance with a whole new outlook on life.  -- And your tree-friend will soon be listening for your footsteps... :-)

I am getting ready to post a new message from Ashtar Command.  I have read it twice, and I believe it can help us appreciate where we are with all these new energies. There is no doubt our lives are ready to change!

It tells us about the three Waves, and I believe most of the HEN family was on Wave 1 that peaked on September 28th. This message told us that it was pretty hard for Wave 1 and took us longer. Wave 1 brought 2.3 billion people into 5D's lower levels resonating at 21 Hertz.

Now, we have just had Wave 2 peak on March 20th - with another 2.3 billion souls raised to 21 hertz and safely into 5D.  And for us in Wave 1? - We bounced up to 42 - 45 hertz! - And you wonder "Why am I dizzy?? -  "Why am I off-balance?" And how many of you found yourselves saying, "Am I losing my mind, or what?" - And more tears - deep sobs.

Folks!  We are entitled!  While the rest of our Solar System is all snuggly tucked inside of their planets - WE are here on the outside surface! And we are experiencing the highest energies our Galactics have ever recorded... in the Cosmos!

We are the "Earth Angels" who came back from 20 million years in the future - to "re-make this part of the timeline." -- To give our Starseeds and Ground Crew another chance to raise themselves and Ascend with us!  We are pulling off a successful completion of the "suicide mission" others would not even consider.  AND WE HAVE DONE THAT! - Which explains why there are literally billions of ships stacked up there... watching as we continue to pull ourselves up by the bootstraps and DO what has never been done before!  They just can't believe it! - It has been said that what we are living through is the greatest accomplishment in the history of the Cosmos.

And what an operation! Between us, the Ground Crew, here on the surface - and the back up of our Galactic Federation, it is being done! 

Why did we actually agree to descend down, down... into the density of 3D Duality?  Because... the Prime Directive does not allow an advanced civilization to assert, even their good intent, into the activities of a lower dimensional planet.  The battle must be contained WITHIN the 3D Duality!  And so, we are here, doing our work, declaring our intent, from right here WITHIN this dimension. And as we show, with action (not words) our intent - THIS becomes our mandate to our friends "upstairs" -- giving them authority for more direct supportive action.

And it is working! On the old timeline only 30% survived. On our newly created timeline, 90% - 95% of Earth Humanity has a good opportunity to Ascend. - Yes, we are doing it!

Now, back to the Waves. Again, presuming most of the HEN Collective is on Wave 1 -- now boosted up to 42 - 45 hertz - we find ourselves, just recently, in the higher levels of 5D, the "doorway to Higher Realms."  So the Higher Realms are open to us! Prepare for some real life "dreams" that are not dreams at all ... but remembered experiences during our sleep time! And our destination is 6D! Yes, in this lifetime here on Planet Earth!

And as more and more of Earth's population rises ... now 5 billion at 5D 21 and 45 hertz - life MUST change!  

And Wave 3 will peak at Summer Solstice. In just 3 months! All that can make it through to 21 hertz 5D will have done so on Summer Solstice. And we will experience up to 7.5 billion people on the surface of Mother Earth - ALL 5D!

Well...I think that is enough to think about until our next letter. - I still need to post that message from Ashtar Command before I sleep. - Or maybe in the morning...I'm getting sleepy (again, didn't sleep last night). Pretty amazing.

And here comes Sananda... I know you have been watching for him!

 We are making good progress, and I believe you will find this fits in very nicely with what Lady Nada was just speaking about... 
 
 

Part 4
Who are these Brothers and Sisters who are so eager to help you?  They come from far and near, relatively speaking.  Many are from your own galaxy, from Sirius, the Plieides, Sagittarius, and the others, numbering nine planets in your Milky Way Galaxy which are inhabited by humanoid beings.  There are also innumerable visitors from other galaxies, some from distant star systems your scientists are not aware of.  All are coming in their ships to help in any way they can. 
 
Let me tell you of a recent event involving these visitors.  Many of you have heard of the Arcturians. They are a highly evolved civilization which has reached a level of cooperative group identity; they prefer to work in unity with one another than to be known as unique individuals.  Although they can separate themselves out to communicate with you, they prefer to remain as the group identity in which they work comfortably and very effectively.  They are very advanced healers and have spent much effort in studying humankind. They are very interested in the powerful combination of thought and feeling which you possess, and have developed very effective tools for healing the diseases which result from the interplay between your psychosomatic (feeling/body) beings. 
 
Recently, our Lady Portia has begun to do healing sessions on BlogTalkRadio.com, at our request, and hundreds of volunteers - approaching 1,000 - have signed up to be available to direct healing energy to the people who have requested healing.  We in higher dimensions have joined in this cooperative venture, and the results have been magnificent.  When the Arcturians were invited to join the healing Masters, along with Mother/Father God, Archangel Michael, St. Germain, and many others, they responded by bringing their healing ships to help the entire planet. 
 
First, two large Mother ships parked in high orbit over the North and South Pole, then four other smaller ships positioned themselves at the four points along the equator.

Because they were called upon, they came.  This is an example of the kind of materializing - creating what you ask for - that is possible now.  They will now assist in the healing of the entire planet.  You can all expect to experience "miraculous" healings, as many of the participants in the internet healing sessions have.  As the numbers of healers grows, the power of intention becomes such an irresistible force that no disease or illness can survive in its presence.
