Early yesterday morning, I chose this topic... something always close to my heart. And as the day unfolded, it became even more compelling.

It has to do with our power and how we affect others. I wonder how many people we talk to each day? -- What is our "Sphere of
Influence?" -- It is probably more broad than we thought.

We talk on the phone.  We talk in our emails and texts.  We speak to the grocery clerk, mailman, hairdresser, chiropractor, food server, groomer... on and on. 

And how do they feel, once we have parted?  At what level of vibration - frequency - did we leave them?  Did we leave them feeling good about themselves? Maybe even better about themselves? We have that Power, you know.

And especially with today's news... people need a lift!  And so do we!   In fact, it is getting to be an art to avoid some of the subjects we have just read about.  All too often we are tempted to bring up a shocking, or hurting, story. Then, one story leads to another, and down we both go... into the depths of despair, or sorrow.

The trick is to not bring up a negative story in the first place. But, it happens. So, let's make it a point to "come back into the light" before we part. Let's think of something that would make them happy... and us, too. So that, each time we part from someone... we leave them with a smile on their face.

Our beloved planet is reflecting the frequencies we are broadcasting. And our smiles become her smiles!

Let us enjoy this day, and the days to come... and help others enjoy their lives as well.
