DECEMBER 2015

Another year is coming to an end. Most of us have had some good times and some bad times. Hopefully the good has outweighed the bad. No matter what 2015 has been for you, 2016 is another year with more opportunities and challenges. We wish you the best this holiday season and hope you all good health and much happiness.

  • If you or anyone you know is experiencing back pain, consult your physical therapist.

TIPS TO PREP FOR WINTER SPORTS

If you're a winter sports enthusiast, you're probably looking forward to the start of snow season. But after months of not using certain muscles regularly, they become under active, which increases the risk of injury. Do these moves a few minutes a day in the weeks leading up to your first outdoor outing, and you'll increase the flexibility in your muscles and joints.
