geGE Foundation Scholar-Leaders - Summer Leadership Development Program 2016

20 new GE Foundation-Scholar Leaders from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania gathered together in Budapest to participate in their Leadership Development Program, held on July 11-15, 2016.

They were hosted by GE in Hungary for an entire day of presentations on the latest trends, to get an insight into GE's world (including its exciting Digital business), as well as participated in an HR training, to help them develop their soft skills.

They also had an opportunity to listen to successful entrepreneurs, which is invaluable for those of them who decide to set up their own startups. In addition to this, they also got to participate in a day-long team building session outside Budapest, to learn to use their newly acquired leadership and teamwork skills.
