kleinKlein Family Scholarship 2013-14

  

We are pleased to announce the opening of the 2013-14 application for the Klein Family Scholarship program.

 

Last year's recipient Virág Turcsán, a graduate of Ady Endre Secondary School in Debrecen, Hungary, has already begun her studies at Sewanee this fall.

Talented Hungarian and other Central and Eastern European high school students with high academic achievements and leadership potential are invited to complete the pre-application for 2013-14. 

 

The Klein Family Scholarship provides funding for Hungarian and other Central and Eastern European high school students to receive a Bachelor's Degree at Sewanee: The University of the South, located in the state of Tennessee in the United States.

 

This year's pre-application and instructions are available on our website at www.iie.eu/Klein

 

The deadline to submit pre-applications is December 13, 2013.

 

 

 

  


eaieIIE Europe at EAIE Istanbul 2013

 

 

We would like to thank all of you who attended our reception or stopped by IIE Europe's booth at this year's conference. We appreciated having the opportunity to share our programs and talk with you.

 

On the first day of the EAIE Conference we hosted the fourth annual IIE Europe networking reception with over 50 key partners attending. Conference participants also had a chance to drop by our booth to learn about our wide range of programs and activities.

 

EducationUSA welcomed visitors to its U.S. Pavilion featuring 19 accredited U.S. colleges and universities, promoting U.S. study to a European audience, and providing accurate, comprehensive, and current information about accredited higher education institutions in the United States.

 

We hope to see you all again next year in Prague (from September 16-19th), and look forward to continuing our conversations and collaborations in the coming months.

 

The European Association for International Education (EAIE) Conference-the largest event of its kind in Europe-saw more than 4,800 international higher education professionals from over 90 countries in Istanbul.
