Group insurance survey for IBSA pastors
Churches with more than two full-time employees will no longer be able to provide health care insurance on a pre-tax basis after June 30, 2015. IBSA encourages churches to give the pastor a salary increase to cover the insurance premiums, but the increase will be taxable.
