Funding is available to support front line after school program providers who wish to attend the 2016 Physical Literacy Summit. The goal is to increase the confidence of program providers in delivering quality physical activity programming, and to better connect this group with each other. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has generously provided the funding. For details on the Summit please visit here.
Support Details:
- The maximum funding available to each applicant is $300.00
- Priority will be given to frontline program providers who work in the after school time period
- Successful applicants will have to report back how they have shared the lessons from the Summit in their program
- Application deadline February 26th.
- Applicants will be notified March 1st
- Bursary will be sent out 1-2 weeks following the Summit
