April showers bring May flowers Spring is such a gorgeous time of the year! I love seeing all the flowers in bloom and smelling their sweet scents. Just the other day, I took these photos of the sage, lavender and citrus trees in our yard.
  With Cinco de Mayo on May 5, Mother's Day on May 12 and Memorial Day on May 27,
there are some wonderful holidays to celebrate this month! To me, holidays translate into entertaining with family and friends.
My simply delicious Fish Taco recipe is made from fresh, natural ingredients and a delicious dish for Cinco de Mayo or any day of the month. Make it with my Chunky Guacamole and for dessert, the pièce de résistance, Key Lime Goat Cheesecake. Happy Mother's Day - Sunday, May 12 My wonderful Mom in April on her 82nd birthday!
