The Italian Comfort food that means "LOVE"
There is truly nothing greater than the love you share with someone special and the love of family and friends. On Valentine's Day, every February 14th, we get the opportunity to do that something extra special just to show how much we truly care. How are you expressing your love this Valentine's Day? Growing up in a large, close-knit East Coast Italian-Irish family, it wasn't uncommon for "love" and the celebration of love, to sometimes be expressed by serving a delicious meal lovingly prepared with fresh, natural ingredients.
Chicken Parmesan is a classic, much loved, Ridini family favorite handed down through the generations. So from my family to yours, I'm sharing the love, Mangia! GET THE RECIPE.
