ICE CREAM SOCIAL

We are looking for 5 volunteers to help with Charter Garb sales during the Ice Cream Social at ECCA on Wednesday, August 19th from 2:00 to 5:00.  Help is also needed in the Charter Garb in-school store during testing and the first week of school.  Please contact Cherie at cherieandrob@comcast.net for details or to sign up to help.  A great way to get a head start on volunteer hours!!

DROP OFF/PICK UP
Just to review our procedures...

Drop Off
7:45-8:00
Please do not drop your child off prior to 7:45 as there is no supervision in the parking lot or on the playground until 7:45.  Please pull all the way forward to either the stop sign or the car parked in front of you to drop off your child.

Pick Up
3:15 Lower School
3:20 Upper School
Pick up is only in the far right lane.  There are only 2 lanes of traffic, 1 for pick up and 1 to exit. Please remember that Upper School is released from class at 3:20 so they will probably not be outside right at 3:20. If your child is not available at the time you are picking up we will ask you to go around.  You may pull into the exit lane from the pick up lane once you have picked up your child.

Crosswalk
Please make sure to use the crosswalk that is on the east side of our parking lot.

NEW LUNCH NEWS!!!!!

ECCA welcomes Forrest Knapp to run our lunch program this year!

Our food service will now run Monday through Friday.  Plus, in addition to scratch cooking each meal, Chef Forrest will also offer a sandwich sack lunch option every day.  Milk and salad bar will continue to be included in the $5 cost.  Lunch purchases will continue to be run through our online Schoolpay system.

We look forward to having Chef Forrest join our ECCA family and begin our new dining menu starting on Monday, August 31st!
