On-Bill Financing (OBF) Program Update

Important update on the new policy "Honoring PA Approvals."  In our July Special Edition Newsletter, the On-Bill Financing (OBF) program communicated a program change requiring additional documentation for OBF projects.  This new policy called for the submittal of model numbers and/or spec sheets for Express Solutions, in addition to the required Solution Codes, when applying for OBF Funding.  Effective immediately, NO additional documentation will be required when submitting OBF applications for Express Solutions.

This change and other updates will be covered in the upcoming required OBF training sessions.  Please see below for more information.

Upcoming OBF Trainings

SCE is offering four training sessions on the On-Bill Financing (OBF) Program for CAAs. Learn about program processes and requirements, hear about recent policy changes, and participate in a live Q&A.

See sidebar for registration details and links.

Registration links have been corrected.

Note that completion of this training is required for CAAs who wish to participate in the On-Bill Financing Program.  CAAs need only attend one session, not all four.
