On-Bill Financing

Launch Update

The 2013-14 On-Bill Financing (OBF) program cycle started accepting applications on Monday, April 1, 2013. All applications submitted since and through December 31, 2014 are subject to the 2013-14 OBF program updates.

The OBF incentives application, the Online Application Tool, and SCE.com have been updated to support the 2013-14 program updates.

Comprehensiveness Upgrades

Learn more about recommending comprehensive projects to your customers and earning SCE's Comprehensiveness Bonus (Bonus). Bonus qualification criteria and approaches to putting together attractive, comprehensive proposals will be described. Numerous examples will demonstrate bundling of solutions to achieve deep energy savings at common facility types such as office, restaurant, and hospitality.

Programs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are effective until funding is expended or the California Public Utilities Commission discontinues the program. Programs may be modified or terminated without prior notice. These programs are funded by California utility ratepayers and administered by SCE under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
